Firstly, we have to say thanks for the invitation. We recognise the hard work you are doing to organize the party but it's impossible for us to arrive at 8.30, so, we're sorry but we'll arrive a bit late.
We think that the plan is fantastic, however, we are wondering if we could make a change. We believe that it would be better if the band starts singing later, because we want to give their farewell presents before.
We really hope the change is possible, because it would make the party better.
